This year I've actually been posting more art after it gets finished rather than waiting.... wow 
This is my character Johanna..... in my uni where she shapeshifts into this creature
She's definitely meant to be reminiscent of a Kirin! Her back area is covered in smooth scales until they become feathers extending from the base of the tail. Another reference to come for suree

I lovveee the color schemeee, IDK why, but the feathers add alot of dimension and personality into the character.
